Bill Haverchuck for President!

I just finished watching the entire series of Freaks and Geeks which wasn't too terribly difficult because there were only 18 episodes made before the show was cancelled. It's too bad because this series is exceptional in almost every way.

I think everyone can and will relate to Freaks and Geeks in one way or another. And I'm certain that no two people will relate for the same reasons. If you went to high-school even for just a single year, this series is for you.

By the way, my favorite character in this show is by far Bill Haverchuck played by Martin Starr. He has some of the funniest and most heartbreaking moments in the entire run, especially in the episodes "Chokin' and Tokin'" and "Dead Dogs and Gym Teachers." He may be the ultimate geek, but he's also probably the most honest character of them all.

Freaks and Geeks... Netflix it, rent it, borrow it from a friend, or hell... just go out and buy the 6-DVD set. You will not be disappointed.
